Right to Fork

When part of this community wants something fundamentally different, a clean split beats endless conflict. A veteran declares a fork, 15% of veterans co-sign, the platform checks it isn't a duplicate or a way around moderation, and veterans vote for 14 days (51% of votes cast). The new community starts under this community's charter, its supporters join it (keeping their membership here), and the two stay linked as siblings. The treasury stays here.
